Hair school was a success. I was a natural and SO eager to hone my skill. I had found something I loved. I volunteered in many different fundraisers because the exposure introduced me to many talented people in the industry. One salon crew I met at a color-a-thon for Ronald McDonald House, the chemistry I had with the girls was like a jobs match made in heaven.

I graduated high school at 17. Felt pressure to have to have an idea of what to do… so I decided I was going to Bible School to become a Children’s Pastor.

As I grew up I seemed to move to smaller and smaller towns eventually to a farm. A positive is I grew lots in that demographic.

If I was asked to pick out one moment that stood out to me on my first mission’s trip I would be flooded with many memories to choose from. Hum and haw and then narrow it down to this moment that I would define as remarkable.

 After the big break up that seemed to end my world, I was unsure if I would ever get over it… do we all feel this way after we have broken up with our first love??

I am named after the character Kimberly from the sitcom Different Strokes.

My name has a pretty cool definition on Urban Dictionary!

The spiritual connotation of my name means Seeker of the Truth. I’d say I define that to a tee.
