Meet my amazing crew: Matt, Kim, Nate, and Karah.

Originally from California, Matt and I found ourselves in Alberta, Canada, all thanks to Matt's career path.

Our love story began amidst the sunny vibes of California. I was living there, soaking up the West Coast's beauty while Matt came from the Sacramento area, and I came from a quaint town in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Living in California opened my eyes to the world's wonders, and honestly, I never wanted to leave (Sorry, Mom!).

Matt and I were friends for four years while I friend-zoned him. He'd occasionally hint at marriage and a future together, but I brushed it off—until one fateful day.

The day before I had to return to Canada, possibly for good, we spent an unforgettable day together, skating, eating pizza, and riding motorcycles around Folsom Lake. We dubbed it "Our Perfect Day," and it was during this time that my feelings for him began to shift.

The next day, as I was about to leave, we finally confessed our feelings for each other and decided to give our relationship a chance.

Matt's patience and relentless pursuit won me over, and we tied the knot that same year.

Our decision to settle in Canada was driven by Matt's desire for our kids to grow up close to my family, given his small family circle.

Our children, Nate and Karah, are our greatest joy and our biggest teachers. They've challenged us to grow and become better versions of ourselves.

We're a tight-knit clan that thrives on fun-filled adventures! From bowling and card games to board games, hiking, biking, and indulging in delicious meals out, we're always up for new experiences. Movie nights are a cherished tradition in our household, where we cozy up together and enjoy a great movie.

What makes our family truly special is their unwavering support for my passion for empowering others through my business endeavors. Their encouragement fuels my drive to make a positive impact in people's lives.
