Friends!!! I loooove this look! This is my cotton LBD that is fitted and has a low cut back. I feature this dress in other articles in my How to Wear series. This time I knotted my crop length tee to compliment my waist and lengthen my torso to make me look taller (I’m 5’5”). I’d also wear this with converse shoes if I was hanging out with my kids to dress it down.

This skirt is cotton so it’s as comfortable as sweatpants! The bold color works perfectly with mustard yellow. Don’t be afraid to mix and match your colors.

This visual of the comfort of the skirt hopefully entices you to wear yours! I knotted my tee to raise the hem to match the waist of the skirt. It accentuated my waist nicely. The block heels add the edge I am always drawn too when styling an outfit.

This skirt is AAAA-mazing yet, understandably not for everyone. I have kept this baby in my closet for years. It is wool and not itchy so it’s combined with gentler material I’m unaware of. I wear this often in the fall or winter months with OTK boots, white tee, graphic tee or a floral tee that has the tones of pink in the print. Be encouraged to wear something bold and out of the box. It’s fun and liberating to wear something outside of your norm.
